This organic freshly roasted coffee at a medium roast will enhance it's bold, yet smooth, dark chocolate and fruity undertones. This coffee has a mild acidity, full body, spicy and wild flavor. As a dark roast you will find dark chocolate tones dominate the coffee with a mild note of toffee and molasses with a subtle sugar cane sweetness. This earthy coffee can stand on its’ own or it will still shine through with cream and/or sugar added.

Papua New Guinea is my favorite coffee and has been for over 25 years. This coffee originated from the mountains of Jamaica, It was transported from the organic shoots of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, which is one of the most expensive coffees in the world today. I have had Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee and I thoroughly enjoyed it. That is when I discovered organic Papua New Guinea which was closer to a cost that I could afford to drink on a daily basis. I love this coffee when it is roasted as a medium roast or dark roast but I do prefer it as a medium roast. And with the Papua New Guinea being organic, the flavor is simply amazing.
Grab yourself a cup today and enjoy the refreshing flavor of freshly roasted organic Papua New Guinea coffee.
